Mr. Devine is a recipient of the Paul G. and Harriette C. Franklin Merit Scholarship at the University of Florida. Even before graduating with the degree of Bachelor of Architecture, he has been working in architectural offices gaining real world knowledge of the profession. He is proficient in Revit, Rhino 6, Sketchup, Photoshop, and ACAD. His 3D work has been used by many project owners in their fundraising efforts. These skills make him a very valuable member of the PMSA production team.
Mr. Devine’s knowledge extends beyond the production room. He is also very comfortable in the field. His responsibilities out of the office include documenting existing conditions, verifying the applicability of proposed designs and details, and confirming completed work.
Mr. Devine is also an avid go kart owner, mechanic, and race driver. He has owned vehicles since the age of fifteen. This hobby has enabled him to become an accomplished metal worker, vehicle restorer, welder, automotive pin striper, and photographer.

Mr. Hendry begin his career in construction as a Florida Certified General Contractor. After several years of successful building in Southwest Florida he turned his attention and talents to the design side. His building experience has given him a unique perspective when preparing construction documents. He understands what the contractors need for tight bids and buildable designs.
Mr. Hendry is a Project Manager and Construction Contract Administrator. He has been a part of PMSA for over 30 years. His experience and knowledge in building construction in Southwest Florida makes him a huge asset to our team.
Mr. Hendry has been heavily involved in the design team for many public projects of varying scopes and sizes. He has been Project Manager on many projects including the Hendry County Courthouse Renovation projects, the Baker Center for Charlotte County Public Schools (the first LEED Certified School in the State of Florida), the Island School on the exclusive island of Boca Grande, and multiple projects for counties throughout South Florida.
Mr. Hendry is a roofing expert. Owners and bidders attest to the clarity and completeness of his documents and designs. His portfolio includes over one million square feet of reroofing projects involving all forms of roofing systems. The projects list commercial, recreational, educational, institutional, and residential projects.

Managing a medium-sized architectural office of PMSA requires a wide variety of skills and organizational abilities. Ms. Smith is the complete administrator with talents honed during years in a variety of roles, mostly in these smaller companies. She manages all office operations including bookkeeping, human resources, and compliance with the many licensure requirements of the firm and its individual professionals.
Ms. Smith produces the Project Manuals for all projects. This includes coordination of those sections provided by our sub-consultants. Most of these specification books are even printed and bound in our office.
Ms. Smith is also very involved in the firm’s Business Development efforts. She compiles and produces many of the proposals sent as responses to the various published and direct Requests for Qualifications. Working with the firm’s Principals, she ensures all RFQ submittals are complete, correct, sent, and received on time.
Ms. Smith is a Florida Notary Public. She has expertise in QuickBooks, most project management software packages, and all the standard office and administrative programs.

Ms. Crofoot has spent the vast majority of her career working with local governments on a variety of projects. Ms. Crofoot has extensive knowledge of the requirements ensuring accessibility in many building types. Her projects in this area include courthouses, religious facilities, and other public venues. She has also brought this expertise to remodeling and Change of Use projects involving historic properties.

Mr. Mills’ career spans over forty years, several countries, and a wide array of project types. He began his career in his native Republic of Honduras. Among his work there were over twenty-five housing projects in fifteen municipalities affected by Hurricane Mitch. He also served as technical advisor and liaison for the Honduran government for the International Development Fund.
Mr. Mills relocated to the United States practicing in locations on both east and west coasts. However, his connection to projects in Honduras has remained ongoing. Projects done internationally include facilities for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and the mountainside residential development of Condado Santa Maria.
Mr. Mills’ experience in the U.S. includes a variety of commercial and residential projects taken from initial concept to closeout. His residential specialty is multi-family, multi-story developments.
Mr. Mills is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian. Oftentimes, his international work has included teams speaking all four of these languages.

Mr. Gilmore returned to Southwest Florida in 1999 and immediately joined PMSA. He became involved in the concept of sustainability very early during the “green” movement. He earned the LEED AP credential in 2009 with the specialty in Building Design and Construction (BD+C).
He has served as the LEED Project Administrator on several large projects. He was very involved in the Six Mile Cypress Slough and Preserve Interpretive Center that became the first LEED certified building in Lee County.
Mr. Gilmore’s portfolio includes over one hundred separate medical and dental projects. All include advanced diagnostic and treatment protocols, along with cutting edge technologies and equipment.
